Last 3 New Single Family Homes to Sell at Marbella Lakes

New homes were sold at a fierce pace in the first two months of 2012. Marbella Lakes only has three remaining single-family homes to sell.Several new carriage homes in the Amalfi collection remain.
The sister community of Riverstone Naples further North, has also had a stellar beginning to 2012. Riverstone has had over 57 sales of single-family homes with people flooding the sales office every day.
Naples real estate in general has seen buyers more eager than ever to pull the trigger on the home of their dreams. According to Mark Weber, Broker of White Sands Realty, "inventory is down overall creating a lot of demand for new home construction. Developers saw this coming and are ramping up home building across Naples."

Sales remain "on fire" at Marbella Lakes through the summer. New homes are under construction all over the community and residents are enjoying the amazing Marbella Lakes Clubhouse that was finished and opened to residents at the beginning of the year.With over 320 sales to date, Marbella Lakes is the new construction leader in Naples, Florida.
